What we collect and why

We collect details such as your name, delivery address, email address, postcode and phone number when you order, contact us or use this website. We use it to process and deliver your orders, respond to you, and, where you agree, to tell you about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Sensitive information
We only use sensitive information for the purpose it was collected for, a directly related purpose, with your consent, or where the law requires it.
Third parties
Where practical we collect information only from you. If a third party gives us information about you, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. We disclose personal information only with your consent or where required or authorised by law, and to service providers who help us run the business (such as payment processing, email and delivery).
Security
We store personal information in ways that reasonably protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it. Order records are kept for at least 7 years.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us in writing. We won't charge for the request, but may charge an administrative fee to provide a copy, and may ask for identification first.
